The hardest part of being a pet parent is saying goodbye. These beloved family members have been part of our lives for years, and watching them age and decline is a challenge. As pet parents, we have an opportunity to make those final weeks and months as good as they can be, in terms of comfort, stress and quality of life.

When the time comes to say goodbye, doing so in your home environment, surrounded by loved ones can reduce stress for caregivers and pets. Our primary focus is to facilitate a smooth transition that honors your bond and life together.

“Our beloved dog was clearly in more pain than would be fair to ask her to endure, but that didn’t make our decision easy. Dr. Claire showed such warmth, love, and respect for our dog that it put us at ease. End-of-life decisions are difficult, but working with Dr. Claire made it a straightforward and meaningful process.”

“We recently had to make some tough decisions regarding the comfort of our beloved, nearly 17 year-old pet. Dr. Claire was an expert guide in this incredibly difficult process. She was responsive, kind, patient and wise. She asked great questions, made us all feel comfortable and provided exemplary, professional service. Would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking hospice or in home euthanasia for their pet.”

“It's never easy to say goodbye to a family pet but Dr. Claire spoke to us earnestly as we navigated the realities of care for our sweet, aging dog Tikka. When the time came to say goodbye, Dr. Claire made sure both Tikka and I felt loved and safe. She brought a quiet empathy and obvious level of care to a difficult day for me, helping to ease my complicated feelings while giving her full attention to Tikka.”

“We decided to use home euthanasia with our senior cat that was ill. Dr Claire was professional and compassionate. Our dear cat died in his familiar surroundings with dignity and with family who loved him. Dr Claire made a most difficult situation bearable. It made all the difference in the world. We would highly recommend her!.”
