*Travel Fees : No additional charge within Bellingham city limits - $35 increments depending on distance and travel time from central Bellingham in service area. Examples listed below.

Radiant Heart utilizes a strict chain of custody and tracking procedure that includes the use of numbered steel ID tags. Your pet’s steel ID tag will stay with them throughout the cremation process (including in the crematorium).
PAYMENT DUE at time of service or by secure portal prior to visit. Cash, check or credit cards accepted. Payment plans available by request.
EXTENDED HOURS: Additional $200 for evenings, holidays, or weekends.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The end of life transition is dynamic, and we understand that your pet’s health status or other circumstances may change. We ask for as much notice as possible so that we may assist other pets and their families.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are subject to a $75 housecall fee.
If we perform a consultation/exam and decide not to proceed with euthanasia at that visit, we will charge the quality of life consultation fee.
